Visual Development: Eve

The Visual Development project is based on a short story I have been working on, titled 'Eve'. The story is inspired by the myth concerning the apple that inspired Sir Isaac Newton. The project aims to develop several visual aspects for the story, including Character Design, Environment and Prop Design, Storyboard, Colorscripts and Concept Arts.

The story focuses on a neurotic young scholar who eventually revolutionises the sciences upon conquering her fear of apples. The theme of the story revolves around the alchemical dictum, “In Sterquiliniis Invenitur,” roughly meaning that which we needs the most will be found where we least want to look.
